Chesapeake Behavior Change
Chesapeake Behavior Change was developed in coordination with the Chesapeake Bay Program’s Stewardship Workgroup. The goal of the Stewardship Workgroup is to grow the number of residents and organizations taking action from the ground up to encourage positive actions that protect and restore the health of the Chesapeake Bay.
Chesapeake Bay Program
Since 1983, the Chesapeake Bay Program has led and directed the restoration of the Chesapeake Bay. The Bay Program works with dozens of local partners, including federal and state agencies, local governments, non-profit organizations and academic institutions. This partnership model has been recognized and emulated around the world and has served as the basis for landmark cooperative agreements, cutting-edge scientific research and unprecedented goals and deadlines for restoring the Chesapeake Bay ecosystem.
